Nelson Mullins Team Represents MATRIX Resources in Sale to Motion Recruit Partners
Nelson Mullins represented MATRIX Resources, an IT Staffing & Managed Solutions Company, in a sale to Motion Recruitment Partners LLC, a portfolio of global talent solution providers.
This new enterprise will empower both companies with a significantly expanded set of capabilities and resources and ability to continue to increase market share. The combined entity will rank in the Top 15 of IT Staffing providers in the US and operate out of 22 sales markets with multiple talent services delivery centers serving North America.
The Nelson Mullins team representing MATRIX Resources in the deal was led by Atlanta partner Katelyn Fredericks and also included partner Michael Hollingsworth and associates Seth Webster, Anish Patel, and Stephen Poydasheff.
