A Nelson Mullins deal team led by Atlanta partners Jeff Allred and Brennan Ryan and Greenville, S.C. partner John Jennings represented Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) in its definitive agreement to be acquired by private investment firms Centerbridge Partners, L.P. and Bridgeport Partners in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $1.6 billion. CSI is a provider of end-to-end fintech and regtech solutions.
