Wade has more than 25 years of experience in corporate law, advising domestic and international clients on a wide range of corporate transactions, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances and financings. He will be part of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions Team.

Monahon represents companies and investors in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and corporate matters. He regularly serves as outside general counsel to his clients, including venture and private equity portfolio companies, providing day-to-day legal advice on issues pertaining to corporate governance, financing strategies, intellectual property, and commercial agreements.
