Wynwood Plaza was developed through a joint venture between L&L Holdings, Oak Row Equities, and Shorenstein Investment Advisers and Claure Group. The Nelson Mullins team advised the ownership group on the project’s real estate matters and played a key role in negotiating several high‑profile office leases, including those with Amazon and Oko Group.
