Nelson Mullins Securities Team Represents FutureTech II Acquisition Corp. in $115 Million IPO

Washington, D.C. – Firm securities partner Andy Tucker and associates Sydney Hamer and Brooke Alexander closed an initial public offering (IPO) of $115 million. The team represented FutureTech II Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC). The offering consisted of 10 million units at $10 per unit, with each unit consisting of one Class A common stock and one redeemable warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one share of Class A common stock at a price of $11.50 per share. The underwriters exercised their over-allotment option in full for an additional 1.5 million units which closed at the time of the closing of the offering. As a result, the aggregate gross proceeds of the offering, including the over-allotment, came to $115 million. The units began trading on the Nasdaq Global Market ("Nasdaq") on February 16, 2022, under the ticker symbol "FTIIU."

FutureTech II Acquisition Corp. is a newly organized blank check company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses.
