Nelson Mullins Represents Roth Capital Partners in $25 Million Initial Public Offering of Shimmick Corporation
The deal team of Jon Talcott, Peter Strand, Mike Bradshaw, Kaylen Loflin, and Drew Calamaro, with assistance from Justin Blair and Kathryn Simons, represented Roth Capital Partners, sole book-running manager, and Craig-Hallum Capital Group, co-manager, the underwriters in a $25 million initial public offering (IPO) for Shimmick Corporation, a leading provider of water infrastructure solutions nationwide. Shimmick has a long history of working on complex water projects, ranging from the world’s largest wastewater recycling and purification system in California to the iconic Hoover Dam.
The offering consisted of 3,575,000 shares of Shimmick’s common stock at $7 per share.
The shares of common stock began trading on The Nasdaq Global Market on November 14, 2023, under the ticker symbol, “SHIM.”
