NEW YORK — Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP represented Pono Capital Three, Inc., a Cayman Islands special purpose acquisition corporation (SPAC), in the closing of an approximately $99 million business combination with Robinson Aircraft Ltd., d/b/a Horizon Aircraft. The combined company’s common shares and warrants began trading on the Nasdaq capital market on January 16, 2024, under the ticker “HOVR” and “HOVRW”, respectively.
The firm’s deal team includes partners Peter Strand and Andy Tucker, and associates Kaylen Loflin and Kathryn Simons, with assistance from Wells Hall and Tim Wagner (tax), Colleen Kline (anti-trust), Michelle Johnson (employment), and Alex Reilly.
