Nelson Mullins Represents Piper Sandler as the Sole Placement Agent for Senior Notes Offering
The deal team of Jon Talcott, Peter Strand, Mike Bradshaw, William Gaines, and Kaylen Loflin represented Piper Sandler, a leading investment bank that served as the sole placement agent for a senior notes offering by an independent commercial-equipment finance company.
Commercial Credit Group Inc. completed a private placement of $75,000,000 aggregate principal amount of investment-grade senior unsecured notes. The notes were placed with a wide group of institutional fixed income investors, including insurance companies, asset managers, and banks.
