Nelson Mullins Represents Ecotone in the Acquisition by L2 Capital Partners
Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP represented Ecotone Inc., an ecological restoration company, in the sale to L2 Capital Partners, LP. The acquisition will allow Ecotone to accelerate the growth of its vision of providing for their clients and the community.
Ecotone is a provider of a variety of environmental solutions across the United Sates, including ecological design, restoration services, mitigation banking, and stormwater management solutions. Their approach to providing solutions is why they have found success in restoring nature and continue to lead the environmental restoration services sector.
