The deal team of Amanda Norcross, Mike Bryan and Caroline Dailey represented Atlanta Micro, Inc., in its sale to Mercury Systems, Inc., (NASDAQ: MRCY). Atlanta Micro is a leading designer and manufacturer of high-performance RF modules and components, including advanced monolithic microwave integrated circuits (MMICs) which are critical for high-speed data acquisition applications including electronic warfare, radar and weapons. Mercury Systems, Inc., is a global technology company serving the aerospace and defense industry.

Mercury Systems will acquire Atlanta Micro in an all-cash deal, subject to net working capital and net debt adjustments. Terms were not disclosed.
