Nelson Mullins Represents Assured Automation in Acquisition by FloWorks
Nelson Mullins represented Assured Automation and its founders in Assured Automation’s recent acquisition by FloWorks International LLC, a Wynnchurch Capital, L.P. portfolio company. The transaction was announced on August 21.
The Nelson Mullins team was led by partner Lori Anne Czepiel with support from partners Michelle Johnson, Jim Bartling, Buzz Burwell, Greg May, Tim Wagner, and Matt Zischke, corporate associates Amanda Downing and Fady Ghaly, and associate Brandon Prince.
Through its e-commerce platforms, Assured Automation is a leading supplier of specialty valve automation and flow meter products for industrial processes. The New Jersey-based company serves a broad customer base of small to Fortune 500 companies for manufacturing, chemical, pharmaceutical, food/beverage, military, and other applications.
