Nelson Mullins Represented Caprē Group in the Sale to Thought Logic Consulting
Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP represented Caprē Group, a management consultancy firm based in Atlanta specializing in actionable and insights-led sales and marketing growth strategies. Caprē Group was acquired by Thought Logic Consulting, a business consultancy firm assisting companies in improving their operation efficiency.
The acquisition of Caprē Group will help Thought Logic expand their reach in sales and marketing, help build on embedded relationships within their network, and gain new capabilities that enable them to serve their collective clients better.
The Nelson Mullins team representing Caprē Group in the transaction was led by Atlanta partner Amanda Norcross, with additional support from Rebekah McCorvey and Sydney Hamer.
