Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP represented Brittain Resorts & Hotels in the newly formed partnership with EOS Investors LLC, a hospitality investment firm. Brittain Resorts & Hotels offers full-service, affordable, and family-friendly oceanfront resorts across Myrtle Beach.
The partnership between Brittain Resorts & Hotels and EOS Investors involves seven oceanfront resorts in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, which will expand EOS’s current portfolio and allow for further investment in the iconic resorts and the community.
The Nelson Mullins team representing Brittain Resorts & Hotels in the transaction was led by Atlanta partner Amanda Norcross and Greenville associate Jeff Gurney with additional support from Neil Grayson, Seth Webster, and Caroline Dailey.
