Nelson Mullins represented AT-PAC, a comprehensive scaffolding solution company, in the sale of controlling interest in the company to Doka, a company providing innovative formwork, solutions, and services globally for construction companies. The sale also included new credit facility transactions.

AT-PAC has 25 years of experience in manufacturing high-quality scaffolding. This acquisition will allow Doka to focus on a new industry sector and be positioned as the main source for scaffolding and formwork for the global construction community. AT-PAC will now gain an extensive global network since Doka is active in 60 countries with 160 locations, the company said.
