Nelson Mullins recently recognized Atlanta senior paralegal Sarah Arnold with a Jean D. Nunn Excellence Award, named for Nelson Mullins’ first paralegal coordinator. This award is to publicly recognize unique contributions of exceptional distinction that are a model for others to emulate.
Arnold, a member of the Litigation Group, earned the recognition for deftly handling two specific arbitration hearings, including management and presentation of evidence, creating video clips of deposition testimony for impeachment, compiling witness outlines, reviewing pleadings and transcripts for evidence to use on cross-examination, and preparing slide decks for opening statements and closing arguments.
