Columbia, SC — In order to meet the urgent legal needs of individuals who have survived domestic and sexual violence in South Carolina, Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP has created a partnership with The Hive Community Circle to offer free legal assistance to eligible low-income survivors. The partnership with support survivors’ safety and well-being following experiences of abuse. The initial pro bono initiative will focus on aiding Richland County residents with non-emergency cases that involve obtaining protective orders, restraining orders, and clearing their criminal records.
