Nelson Mullins Partners Named in The Legal 500 2026 US Elite Boston, Philadelphia Editions

Boston partners Matthew Lindenbaum and James S. Rollins and Philadelphia partners Tiffany Alexander and Heather Russell Fine were recently recognized by The Legal 500 among their city's "Elite" attorneys.

Lindenbaum was ranked as a Boston Elite for his work in Commercial Litigation, earning a Tier 2 designation and White Collar Crime, where he earned a Tier 3 mark, while Rollins was ranked in Tier 3 for his work in white collar crime. Alexander and Fine were both ranked as a Philadelphia Elite for their work in Commercial Disputes, receiving Tier 3 and Tier 2 rankings respectively.

Lindenbaum leads the firm's litigation efforts in the Boston office, and co-chairs the firm's Sanctions and Securities practices. He also represents companies in high-stakes litigation with an emphasis on class action defense in the financial services and automotive industries, and the FinTech (blockchain, cryptocurrency, bitcoin mining, online gaming) industry.

Alexander practices in the areas of product liability, personal injury, and complex civil litigation on behalf of corporate clients and product manufacturers, serving as national and trial counsel for a leading automotive manufacturer. She handles a variety of product design and negligence matters for a variety of product manufacturers throughout the country.

Fine concentrates her practice on complex products liability and mass tort defense with a particular focus on representing automotive manufacturers, heavy construction equipment manufacturers, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and regional product manufacturers on a local, national, and international level.

Rollins represents investment advisers, broker-dealers, banks, investment companies, transfer agents, issuers, independent directors, and their employees before the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), state regulators, and state and federal courts.

The quartet are the latest from Nelson Mullins to receive rankings in the "City Elite" series from Legal 500, who have recognized firm attorneys from Atlanta and Houston in recent months. Lindenbaum received a Tier 2 designation in commercial litigation in Boston's 2025 rankings.
