Nelson Mullins partner Rebecca Rodriguez was recently named to Florida Trend's Legal Elite "Notable" list as a Real Estate/ Land Use attorney.
Rodriguez is board-certified in Real Estate Law by The Florida Bar Board of Specialization & Education and has substantial experience in real estate disputes concerning secured financing. Her practice focuses on state and federal litigation, appeals, and regulatory compliance matters for corporate clients, financial institutions, branded residences, exclusive community associations, and government entities.
These regulatory compliance matters include issues related to consumer financial services and defending clients against claims arising under federal lending and banking regulations, federal housing regulations, state unfair and deceptive acts (UDAP) statutes, and other consumer lending and protection laws.
The award from Florida Trend is the latest for Rodriguez, who has also been recognized by Best Lawyers, Super Lawyers, and a number of regional South Florida publications.
Florida Trend’s Legal Elite "Notable" program recognizes exceptional attorneys from various practice areas, disciplines, and groups. The program is nomination-based, by industry peers and business associates, and undergoes an editorial review process to spotlight "notable" attorneys in distinct sectors of the legal community.
