RALEIGH, N.C. — The North Carolina Bar Association has awarded Nelson Mullins partner Noah H. Huffstetler, III its 2024 Administrative Law Section Award for Excellence.
The award honors an outstanding Administrative Law Section attorney as an exemplar of excellence, dedication, and passion for administrative and/or regulatory law. Huffstetler is a partner with the firm's Raleigh office. Huffstetler practices in the areas of healthcare law, administrative law, and business and appellate litigation. He is a lecturer in healthcare law, having participated in programs sponsored by the North Carolina Bar Association, the North Carolina Hospital Association, the North Carolina Medical Society, and the Duke University Graduate Program in Healthcare Administration.
Huffstetler is a graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Law, where he also received his bachelors degree. He will be honored on Thursday, March 21 at the N.C. Bar Association's Award for Excellence Reception at the Bar Center in Cary, North Carolina.
