Lehman has served as managing partner of the firm since 2012 and in other executive management positions. In 2001, he became senior vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary of Safety-Kleen and helped lead it out of bankruptcy. He rejoined the firm in 2004. Lehman practices in the areas of business and securities litigation, white collar investigations, and professional liability. He has also served as the outside General Counsel for various private equity portfolio companies.
Tanzer chairs the firm’s global club and branded residences group and co-chairs the firm’s hospitality, tourism, and leisure team. She represents developers, hotel operators, clubs, and community associations with projects in the United States as well as the Caribbean, the Bahamas, Latin America, and Asia.
Otera serves as managing partner of Nelson Mullins’ Los Angeles office. He has worked in the automotive and electronics industries for nearly 20 years, as general counsel at American Honda Motor Co. and as general counsel of the Americas at Sumitomo Electric Industries.
