The Data Center group will focus on providing comprehensive legal and advisory services tailored to the complex needs of data center operators, developers, investors, and lenders. From energy procurement, partnership and joint venture formation, economic incentives, site selection and land acquisition, zoning and entitlements, development and construction, financing, leasing, and regulatory compliance, the Data Center team offers in-depth industry insight and multidisciplinary support.

The group is led by Weston Adams, chair of the firm’s Energy practice, alongside Real Estate partner Eamon Welch and Robert Alfert, chair of the Construction practice.
