Nelson Mullins’ Frey, Ramsey Pen Chapters for ABA Updated IP Reference Guide
CHICAGO — Updated and expanded, the fourth edition of “Intellectual Property Deskbook for the Business Lawyer: A Transactions-Based Guide to Intellectual Property Law, Fourth Edition,” published by the American Bar Association Business Law Section, is a practical “go-to” reference for general practitioners, business lawyers and corporate counsel who need to quickly understand intellectual property issues in various business contexts.
Nashville partners Kelly Frey and Shane Ramsey provided the chapter on Security Interest in Intellectual Property, and Frey also wrote the chapter on Open Source Software and Intellectual Property.
