Nelson Mullins Continues Growth in Midwest with Addition of Experienced Litigation Partner
CLEVELAND – Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP is pleased to welcome Dean Valore as a partner in its Cleveland office. Valore brings significant experience in corporate governance, compliance, internal investigations, federal criminal defense, complex civil litigation, and cybersecurity matters.
Valore handles matters involving fraud, public corruption, money laundering, organized crime, and cybercrime. He has substantial first-chair trial experience in both state and federal courts and regularly advises clients navigating government investigations, internal reviews, compliance matters, and crisis management situations.
“Dean brings an exceptional combination of trial experience, investigative insight, and strategic judgment to our litigation team,” said Mike Snyder, leader of the firm’s Midwest Commercial Litigation Team. “His background as a federal prosecutor, coupled with his experience advising clients through sensitive and high-stakes matters, further strengthens our ability to serve clients facing complex regulatory challenges.”
A former Assistant United States Attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice, Valore has extensive courtroom and investigative experience handling matters involving white collar crime, public corruption, cybercrime, national security, and government investigations.
“I’m thrilled to join Nelson Mullins’ Cleveland office,” Valore said. “In today’s fast-moving, high-stakes environment, clients need practical and strategic counsel they can trust. I’m excited to join a team that shares that approach and is deeply committed to delivering exceptional client service.”
