Nelson Mullins Attorneys Join Law360 Editorial Advisory Boards

Law360 has chosen Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP Managing Partner Jim Lehman and Atlanta Of Counsel Craig Nazzaro, respectively, for its 2019 Legal Industry and Banking Editorial Advisory Boards.

The boards provide feedback on the legal news media’s coverage and thought leadership on future coverage of the legal industry and the financial services industry. Nazzaro also served on the Banking Editorial Advisory Board in 2018.

Lehman has served as managing partner of the firm since 2012, and in other executive management positions. In 2001, he became senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary of Safety-Kleen, and helped lead it out of bankruptcy. He rejoined the firm in 2004. Lehman practices in the areas of business and securities litigation, white collar investigations, and professional liability.  He has also served as the outside General Counsel for various private equity portfolio companies.

Nazzaro is a former vice president and assistant general counsel with J.P. Morgan Chase. He advises clients including banks, non-bank lenders, servicers, investors, third party payment processors and debt collectors on all regulatory and compliance issues that impact the financial services industry. He also defends clients against charges of liability and regulatory violations.
