NEW YORK — Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP represented the former owners and founders of Palmex, a manufacturer and distributor of better-for-you and Hispanic snack pellets used to make salty snacks that does business throughout Mexico, the US, Canada, Central America, South America and the Caribbean, as minority owners of a partnership with Chicago-based Wind Point Partners that owns Palmex, in Palmex’s merger with Benestar Brands and its subsidiary Evans Food Group (previously owned by Texas-based Highlander Partners).
