Osborn has extensive experience in title, survey, platting, and other real estate legal matters involving the acquisition and development of residential and commercial projects. In particular, Morry has assisted several national homebuilders in the purchase and development of large scale housing communities and has worked on commercial development sites across the United States.  Additionally, he has extensive experience assisting local governmental authorities acquire property for roadway and other development.
