Melissa Nott Davis Appointed to Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court Standing Advisory Committee
On May 28, Boston partner Melissa Nott Davis was appointed to the Supreme Judicial Court Standing Advisory Committee on the Rules of Civil Procedure. The three-year term is effective immediately and will end on March 31, 2028. The committee Members include judges, court clerks, practicing lawyers and law professors and assists the Court in reviewing and recommending amendments to the Massachusetts Rules of Civil Procedure.
Davis is an experienced litigator who focuses her practice at Nelson Mullins on a wide variety of health, science and technology sectors, including agribusiness, consumer products, life sciences, pharmaceutical and medical devices.
