West Palm Beach associate Kaitlyn O’Connell has been selected for the Leadership West Palm Beach Class of 2026. Kaitlyn’s practice focuses on labor and employment law and related litigation. She has experience defending employers against claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and trade secret misappropriation. Beyond her litigation work, Kaitlyn regularly advises clients on a broad spectrum of workplace matters, including wage-and-hour compliance, employee classification issues, terminations, noncompete agreements, and the development and enforcement of employee handbooks and policies.
