Kaitlyn O’Connell Selected for Leadership West Palm Beach Class of 2026
West Palm Beach associate Kaitlyn O’Connell has been selected for the Leadership West Palm Beach Class of 2026. As the city continues to experience extraordinary growth and attract national attention, Kaitlyn’s selection represents both a significant professional achievement and an ideal opportunity to contribute to the city’s future alongside a distinguished group of emerging leaders.
Leadership West Palm Beach, a program of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches, is dedicated to cultivating the next generation of professionals who shape and strengthen the community. Through immersive programming, issue-focused learning, and meaningful professional connections, the program equips participants to leverage their talents, drive positive change, and create lasting opportunities that enhance the quality of life in the Palm Beaches.
Kaitlyn’s practice focuses on labor and employment law and related litigation. She has experience defending employers against claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and trade secret misappropriation. Beyond her litigation work, Kaitlyn regularly advises clients on a broad spectrum of workplace matters, including wage-and-hour compliance, employee classification issues, terminations, noncompete agreements, and the development and enforcement of employee handbooks and policies.
