Nelson Mullins senior associate Jeff Kelly has been appointed by the American Bar Association (ABA) to serve on the Center of Innovation’s Governing Council for the 2022-2023 Bar year.
This recognition comes after Kelly’s several previous contributions to the center’s law and technology projects, which include his interview as a feature on the center’s podcast. The center has a governing council consisting of leaders in technology, innovation, design thinking, and the legal services industry. Their mission is to encourage and accelerate innovations that improve the affordability, effectiveness, efficiency, and accessibility of legal services.
Kelly is expected to begin serving on the council in July 2022. His practice at Nelson Mullins is focused in the areas of complex litigation, emerging technology, and outside corporate counsel services.
