FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Nelson Mullins partner Harsh Arora was recently appointed to Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law’s Board of Governors. The Board of Governors is responsible for assisting the Dean and advancing NSU Law as one of the country’s leading law schools. Board members are expected to do so by acting as advocates for NSU Law in legal and business communities and providing their full support in areas such as curriculum, financial support, research, admissions, placement, student life, planning, and resource allocation.
Arora concentrates his practice in the areas of domestic and international corporate transactions and related business dispute resolution. He counsels public and privately held companies as a boardroom adviser and a courtroom advocate in high-stakes corporate matters.
