ATLANTA - Associate Amy B. Cheng has been elected to serve on the Georgia Lawyers for the Arts (GLA) Board of Directors for a yearlong term beginning July 1. Cheng is the first Nelson Mullins representative to sit on the Board and is part of an incoming class that includes attorneys from Greenberg Traurig, LLP, Alston & Bird, LLP, Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton, LLP, and The Coca-Cola Company.
GLA serves the legal needs of artists and arts organizations and educates artists about their legal rights and responsibilities by promoting closer contact and understanding among members of the legal profession and the arts community. "I'm honored to have been elected and look forward to serving the Georgia Arts community," said Cheng.
Cheng focuses her practice in the areas of Business and Commercial Litigation, Labor and Employment, and White Collar Defense and Government Investigations.
