Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP has been honored by the Daily Business Review’s Florida Legal Awards. The firm was recognized in the Real Estate Transactions category, led by the South Florida Real Estate team.

The firm also was recognized for closing multiple large transactions for clients in multi-family, office, and retail industries in Florida in 2022. The team handled many transactions and strategic sales for multiple companies, including The Bainbridge Companies, Amzak Capital Management, Pebb Enterprises, and a new development with Wheelock Street Capital for a residential project, NORA, which received national attention.

Nelson Mullins will be honored at a ceremony in May by the Daily Business Review with two Florida Legal Awards for achievements in 2023. The ceremony will be held on May 17, 2023, at the JW Marriott Marquis in Miami.
