Columbia partner Cory Manning has authored the Second Edition of his book, South Carolina Business Torts, published by the South Carolina Bar. Columbia associate Katie Frank served as the sole editorial board member for this edition.

The Second Edition provides practitioners with updated, comprehensive research on South Carolina law governing causes of action that frequently arise in business tort and commercial dispute contexts. Drawing on Manning’s experience as a commercial litigator and adjunct professor in this field, the book also offers expanded and more in-depth treatment of several key areas of law.
