BOCA RATON – Nelson Mullins partner Michelle Tanzer recently represented Boca Pointe Country Club, Inc. in its sale to HGC Holdings, LLC (d/b/a Heritage Golf Group). Tanzer provided strategy, negotiation, documentation, and logistics of selling all of the club assets to the third-party owner-operator. The sale will help to assure the long-term viability of the club for the benefit of the club and the surrounding community.

Boca Pointe Country Club, Inc. is a member-owned golf and country club located in Boca Raton, Florida. The master-planned private country club community sits on 1,000 acres and consists of 30 residential communities of all housing types, including single family homes, townhouses, villas, and condos. 

Heritage Golf Group is a Virginia-based owner and operator of premier private golf & country clubs and high-end daily fee courses. The group operates 14 golf properties spanning South Carolina, Florida, Illinois, and Virginia.
