BOCA RATON — Boca Raton partner Gary Itskovich recently assisted a client, an affiliate of The Macken Companies, in securing a $16.5 million construction loan for an exclusive waterfront townhome community known as Koya Bay, which is located on the Intracoastal Waterway in North Miami Beach, Florida. The gated community will feature 10 four-story residences with private rooftop terraces, private elevators, boat slips, and two-car garages with optional car lifts. 

Last year, Itskovich was also responsible for closing on the acquisition of the land where the project is situated. Itskovich will continue to provide counsel to Macken throughout the entire development phase.
