The National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals (NADN) has selected Myrtle Beach partner Bob Calamari as a member of its invitation-only association. NADN membership is limited to professional mediators and arbitrators who are well-established as trusted neutrals among the legal community in their state.
According to the organization, NADN members have been found to meet stringent practice criteria reflecting their hands-on experience in the field of civil and commercial dispute resolution. Many of them have been nominated by both peers and litigation firms. With more than 1,000 members, NADN has one of the largest online rosters of experienced alternative dispute resolution attorneys. It was established in 2008.
Calamari is certified as a mediator by the South Carolina Bar, and he has extensive experience arbitrating and mediating disputes. Having represented clients in state and federal trial courts in North Carolina and South Carolina, Calamari's trial experience involves insurance coverage, product liability, bad faith claims, commercial disputes, and insurance defense.
