LOS ANGELES -- Benchmark Litigation has named Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP attorneys Ryan E. Cosgrove and Shane G. Ramsey for recognition in its 2021 40 & Under Hot List.
Cosgrove was selected for inclusion in commercial and product liability in the West region. Ramsey was selected for inclusion in bankruptcy, banking and financial services, commercial and transactions, real estate, and securities in the South region.
Cosgrove is a partner in the Firm’s Los Angeles office. He handles product and premises liability, transportation, and general commercial litigation matters, including the defense of catastrophic injury claims involving manufacturers and suppliers of consumer products and automobiles. Cosgrove is involved in all phases of complex litigation from initial filings through trial in state and federal courts. He is also experienced in appellate practice.
Ramsey is a partner in the Firm’s Nashville office. He has distinguished himself as a leading bankruptcy and financial restructuring professional practicing all over the country, and he has argued some of the most high-profile cases in recent years. Chambers USA selected him as a Recognized Practitioner in bankruptcy litigation in 2019. Ramsey has also served on and led several committees of the American Bankruptcy Institute over the years and is vice chair of Nelson Mullins’ Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring Practice Group.
