ATLANTA - Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough Atlanta associate Amy B. Cheng has been elected to the secretary position of the Atlanta Bar Association (the Association), the largest voluntary bar association in the Southeast consisting of 6,000 members. She will serve in this capacity from June 1, 2021 through May 31, 2022.
Cheng joined the Association in 2015 after graduating from law school and began to serve on its Board of Directors in 2018. After two years, the Association elected her to the treasurer position where she was also a member of the Association’s Executive Committee. In addition, Cheng sits on the Board of Directors for the Association’s Litigation Section.
Cheng focuses in the areas of labor and employment, business litigation, and white collar defense and government investigations.
