The Orlando Business Journal has selected Orlando partner Jo Thacker for inclusion in its Women Who Mean Business special edition. The annual awards program, now in its 23rd year, honors top female leaders in a variety of industries for their personal and professional triumphs in the last year.

Thacker knows how difficult it is to experience the unknowing, uncertainty and feeling like you're alone in a bubble that was created by the pandemic.

That's why the Orlando partner said she believes it's critical to stay in close contact with others, "even if you were not able to be together physically." So, she steered and motivated others through the Covid-19 environment so they could understand what needed to be accomplished at work and in the local community.
