It reports that Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough has bolstered its health law practice, adding two healthcare regulatory attorneys from Morris, Manning & Martin. Edgar Bueno, a former assistant U.S. attorney and chief of the civil division for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Georgia, joins the firm as a partner with a focus on civil, criminal, and administrative matters involving healthcare fraud and abuse. Matthew Wilmot, who focuses his work on regulatory and compliance issues, joins the firm as of counsel.
