Michael E. Hollingsworth II, managing partner of Nelson Mullins’ Atlanta office, provided the Daily Report with analysis and insight concerning which Atlanta practice areas performed best in 2022.
According to Hollingsworth, 2022 was very busy in the first half of the year with corporate and real estate matters but slowed in the second half due to inflation and negative financial news about a possible recession.
Moving into 2023, Hollingsworth anticipates it will feel choppier than the first half of 2022 and 2021 because it will return to a normal level of demand, but not a dramatic slowdown at this point.
