“While we already had probably over 150 product liability litigators at the time, we knew during COVID that litigators were underappreciated at a lot of law firms, but they were going to be needed when those courts opened back up,” Jones explained. “Some firms were just underappreciating their top lawyers in the product liability space, and we never lost sight of the fact that those lawyers were going to be needed and needed in abundance when things broke.”
