In an article from the Minneapolis-St. Paul based outlet, Minneapolis Lawyer, Nelson Mullins partner Miles Coleman was featured for his work on an amicus brief involving the case of Apache Stronghold v. United States of America. Coleman worked with a team of attorneys and two St. Thomas University law students to draft the brief that was filed on behalf of five leading religion law scholars, according to the report.
The case arises out of a dispute over a piece of land in the Tonto National Forest in southeastern Arizona, the outlet reported.
