Rusty Melges Joins ULI 2025 Leadership Institute Cohort
Nelson Mullins Boca Raton partner Rusty Melges was selected for the Urban Land Institute’s 2025 Leadership Institute Cohort. The Leadership Institute is an engaging program that prepares emerging leaders with the tools and insights needed to tackle South Florida’s most urgent real estate and land use challenges. Melges joins the class alongside 35 other professionals from various fields including real estate development, planning, design, engineering, finance, and law. The program for the 2025 class runs from January to August. This year’s cohort marks the eighth class since the program's launch in 2017.
