Nelson Mullins partner Rebecca Rodriguez was recently honored with the On the Rise Award from the Daily Business Review’s annual Florida Legal Awards.

On the Rise recognizes the state’s top lawyers aged 40 and under. Rebecca is Board Certified in Real Estate Law by The Florida Bar and has substantial experience in real estate disputes concerning secured financing. Rebecca’s practice focuses on state and federal litigation, appeals, and regulatory compliance matters for corporate clients, financial institutions, and government entities.

When asked about her biggest hurdle, Rebecca told the Daily Business Review “My biggest hurdle was managing my practice from home during the COVID-19 lockdown while also taking care of my son, who was one year old at the time.”
