Partners Wade Malone and Nekia Hackworth Jones sit down with Miles Mediation and Arbitration senior neutral David Nutter in the Atlanta office of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP. Malone and Jones discuss their involvement with Atlanta Bar Association’s Summer Law Internship Program (SLIP). Malone in a co-founder of SLIP and Jones is an alumna of the program.
Malone's litigation practice includes representation of both plaintiffs and defendants in litigation in both state and federal courts throughout the United States, including business, healthcare, intellectual property, antitrust, restrictive covenant, and construction litigation. He also is a certified mediator. Jones' practice focuses not only on white collar criminal defense matters, but also on government investigations and business litigation. She is a seasoned litigator with over a decade of experience in federal trial and appellate courts.
