Nelson Mullins partner Adam Scharff is representing North American Trade Schools in leasing a 55,000-square-foot space for its facility in Northwest Plaza in Baltimore.
The school, providing both traditional classroom learning and practical training in various vocational programs, plans to finalize its relocation from Security Square Mall in Baltimore County by next spring. Following the move, it will be situated in the previous Kmart space at Northwest Plaza.
Scharff focuses his practice on the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial real estate. He represents borrowers and lenders in loan financing transactions, including real estate loans, equipment loans, and commercial loans. Additionally, Scharff represents and advises individuals and businesses with general corporate matters including business formation and planning as well as drafting commercial contracts, employment agreements, non-competition agreements, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, and licensing agreements.
