In a recent Law.com article, a Nelson Mullins trial team was highlighted for winning a defense verdict in a talc powder lawsuit brought forth in a New York state court. After six weeks of trial and two-and-a-half days of deliberations, a Manhattan Supreme Court jury ultimately sided with the client and talc defendant, American International Industries.

Nelson Mullins’ Dallas-based partner Robert Thackston led the defense team to victory alongside partner Paula Pendley, paralegals Taylor Giannasi and Lana Morrison, and Dallas project assistant Tanvi Deshpande.
