Law 360
Legal news service Law 360 published an interview with Michelle Tanzer, who has joined Nelson Mullins Broad and Cassel in Boca Raton. She will chair the law firm’s new global club and branded residences group while also co-chairing the hospitality, tourism, and leisure team, according to the firm. Tanzer’s addition to the firm comes just after Nelson Mullins hired Arthur D. “Art” Sims II, an attorney from a solo practice with experience in corporate law, sports and entertainment, hospitality, and gaming.
“Nelson Mullins has an abundance of sophisticated real estate transactional lawyers and a large position in that market,” Tanzer told Law360 on Wednesday. “My practice, which works specifically with clubs and branded residences globally, is a perfect complement to the transactional practice.”
