Nelson Mullins Represents Zalatoris II Acquisition Corp. in Business Combination Agreement with Eco Modular
WASHINGTON – Nelson Mullins represented Zalatoris II Acquisition Corp. (“Zalatoris”) in its definitive business combination agreement with Eco Modular (“Eco”). The agreement, which is expected to close in the first quarter of 2024, will make Eco a publicly traded company on NASDAQ, under the ticker symbol “EMOD.”
The Nelson Mullins team consists of partners Andrew Tucker and Rebekah McCorvey; of counsel Cas Olson; associates Victoria Moreno Pabón, Justin Blair, and Alexis Rallis; and law clerk Jerry Dei.
Zalatoris is a special purposes acquisition (“SPAC”) that was formed to acquire one or more businesses and assets, via mergers, capital stock exchanges, asset acquisitions, stock purchases, or reorganizations.
